Privacy Policy
How we handle your information when you browse our website, contact our team or discuss an oral care project with Airsun.
Who we are
Airsun Oral is operated by Zhejiang Airsun Commodity Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Our business and factory address is No. 38 Juxian Road, Shangxi Industrial Zone, Yiwu, Zhejiang, P.R. China.
This notice covers our website and related inquiry and project communications with business contacts worldwide, including in the European Union and United Kingdom.
For questions about your information, contact service@airsunoral.com. View our for company details.
Information collected
Company and visit inquiries. Your work email, inquiry purpose and message are required. A preferred visit date is optional.
Project inquiries. Your work email, message and product category are required. For a dental floss inquiry, a floss type is also required. You may provide a product reference, target market, cooperation preference, estimated quantity, product requirements, reference links and images. Without the required information, the form cannot be submitted; you can contact us by email instead.
Submission and follow-up records. Our inquiry system records your submission, its page, time, language and internal reference, along with project status and our team's follow-up notes. Email correspondence is held separately in our company email systems. Uploaded images are resized and re-encoded; their file names, sizes and dimensions are stored with the inquiry.
Website and security information. Our hosting and delivery services receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times. The inquiry system uses a protected identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It does not add your raw IP address to the inquiry record.
Optional website analytics. Where Google Analytics 4 is enabled and you allow website analytics, it may process browser and device information, cookie identifiers, traffic sources, pages viewed and interaction events. These events help us understand how visitors use the site and whether inquiry and contact features are useful. Our analytics events do not include your email, phone number, inquiry message, uploaded files or internal inquiry reference.
Please share only what we need to assess your inquiry. Do not include sensitive personal information or materials you are not authorized to share. This website is intended for business contacts, not children.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss product and packaging requirements, prepare quotations, arrange requested visits or samples, follow up on an existing project, and provide order and after-sales service. We also use information to protect the website, prevent spam and maintain necessary business records.
Our team may receive an internal email notification of your inquiry. You may receive a confirmation email, and our team may reply using the contact details you provide. Submitting a form does not automatically subscribe you to a bulk marketing mailing list.
Periodic customer contact and marketing. As well as following up on existing projects, we may contact business contacts and customers about new purchasing needs, relevant products or repeat orders. These promotional contacts are direct marketing even when sent individually. They are separate from necessary project, order and after-sales communications.
Promotional contact is subject to applicable local rules and your communication preferences, including obtaining consent where required. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself give permission for every form of future marketing. You can ask us to stop marketing contact at any time by replying to our message or contacting the privacy email below. We will stop using your details for that purpose and retain only the limited information needed to honor your preference. Necessary communications about an existing project, order or service may continue.
Legal grounds where EU or UK data protection law applies. For business contacts acting for a company, our proposed basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business requests, managing customer relationships and protecting our services, balanced against your rights. Where you are personally a party to a contract, we may process information necessary to perform it or take steps you request before entering it. We also process information where required by law. For promotional contact, we rely on consent where required; otherwise, legitimate interests may apply only where the contact is permitted by the applicable marketing rules and after considering your rights and preferences.
We ask for consent before loading optional website analytics or embedded Google Maps. You can decline either service or withdraw your choice in Cookie Settings at any time without losing access to our pages or inquiry forms. Consent to website analytics or maps does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
We do not use website inquiry information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Storage & retention
We keep inquiry records and a separate copy for recovery, with processed images in private storage. Access to the inquiry management system and attachments requires an authorized staff account. Authorized staff can export limited inquiry details for business handling; related correspondence is also held in our email systems.
Inactive inquiries that do not result in an order. For an inquiry that does not result in an order and has no active project or service matter, our retention rule is 12 months from the last substantive contact: your inquiry or our latest meaningful exchange about your requirements. Unanswered reminders or promotional messages from us do not restart this period. Records required for a legal obligation or an existing dispute are handled separately.
Active projects and completed orders are retained for as long as needed for the relationship, order fulfillment, after-sales support and applicable accounting, tax or legal requirements. Relevant records may be kept longer where needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We currently review and delete inquiry records manually; records are not automatically deleted at 12 months. Permanent deletion removes the inquiry and its private files from the active system. Until then, records marked for deletion can still be restored. We retain a limited identifier, without the inquiry content, to prevent the same submission from being recreated. Copies held in the company email inbox and exported copies require separate handling and, for an inactive inquiry that does not result in an order, follow the same 12-month rule from the last substantive contact.
Temporary image uploads are scheduled for deletion after one day. Inquiry recovery backups are retained for 12 months. Service logs and other provider records can follow different retention schedules. The method used to remove expired backups, controls against restoring deleted inquiry data, and the process for applying deletion requests to backups and provider records are still being confirmed for this draft.
Cookie preferences are used for up to 180 days in the browser where you save them. The analytics integration requests a 180-day first-party cookie lifetime without extending it on each visit. The Google Analytics 4 account retains event and user data for 14 months and does not reset that retention period on new activity. Analytics is currently disabled. These periods do not replace our inquiry retention rule.
Third-party services
Website and inquiry service providers.
- Vercel provides website hosting and request processing.
- Supabase provides the database used to store inquiry records.
- Cloudflare provides media delivery and private R2 storage for inquiry files and recovery copies.
- Resend delivers staff notifications and customer confirmation emails. Staff notifications include your inquiry details and contact email; attachment files are accessed separately through the protected inquiry system.
Authorized Airsun staff and the providers supporting these services may handle the information needed for their work. We may also disclose relevant information when required by law or necessary to handle a legal claim.
International processing. Airsun operates in China, and our cloud and email services may process information in other countries. The locations and contractual safeguards for transfers covered by EU or UK data protection law are being verified. This draft does not confirm that specific transfer safeguards have already been put in place.
Google Analytics 4. Google provides the optional website analytics service. Its tag is loaded only when analytics is enabled on our public website and you have allowed it. If you decline, the tag remains blocked and we send no analytics measurements to Google. Advertising tags and advertising personalization are not enabled in this implementation. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Google Maps. The map on our contact page loads only after you allow external media in Cookie Settings or choose to load the map. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies. You can read our address without loading the map or follow a separate link to Google Maps. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
WhatsApp and other external links. WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube and other external links take you to services with their own privacy policies. Information you share there is handled by those services; if you contact Airsun there, we also use your message to respond to you.
For analytics, embedded services, browser storage and changing your choices, see our Cookie Policy.
Your privacy requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of processing, or a portable copy of certain information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. These rights have conditions and exceptions. Where EU or UK data protection law applies, your right to object to the use of your personal information for direct marketing is absolute.
To make a request, email service@airsunoral.com from the address you used to contact us, if possible, and describe the information or inquiry concerned. An approximate submission date or project topic can help us locate it. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity; please do not send identity documents unless we request them.
Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we will respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If an extension is permitted because of the complexity or number of requests, we will explain it within that first month. Requests are normally free of charge.
You may also complain to a relevant data protection authority, including an EU supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
