Oral care OEM & ODM

Plan oral care contract manufacturing for your brand, from toothpaste and mouthwash to manual toothbrushes and dental floss. Review development options, responsibilities and order quantities.

Four product lines. One project brief.

Build a private-label oral care range with toothpaste, mouthwash and oral rinse, manual toothbrushes, and dental floss and floss picks. Share your target market and product requirements for an OEM or ODM project assessment.

Discuss a single SKU or a range across multiple categories. Toothpaste and mouthwash projects can start with established, custom or customer-provided formulas; toothbrush and dental floss projects start with the product specification.

Start with what you have.

Oral care contract manufacturing brings your product brief, brand packaging and production requirements into one project. For toothpaste and mouthwash, this can also include custom formulation.

Choose an established solution
Start with an existing product option, then confirm your brand, packaging and specifications.
Adapt an existing solution
Bring the changes you need to an existing formula or product specification for assessment.
Develop around your requirements
Submit a new formula brief or product specification, with reference samples where available, for feasibility review.
Provide your own formula
Airsun accepts mature customer formulas for assessment before production. Share the formula and relevant technical requirements for review.

Your brand. A defined production brief.

What you provide
Customers normally provide their brand and design files, together with product requirements, the destination market, packaging direction and purchasing plans.

Reference minimum order quantities per SKU

MOQ is calculated per individual SKU and varies with product capacity. The toothpaste reference applies to 120 g / 120 mL; other sizes, including hotel tubes, are assessed per project. Confirm the quantity for your selected product and capacity during project assessment. Established formulas and custom formulations have the same MOQ requirements.

Choose existing components, customize colors and printing, or discuss a new structure and tooling.
Manufacturing and quality evidence
Review the factory, quality systems and certification information alongside the development services relevant to your project.
